The Condor Ferries Fleet consists of four vessels: The Condor Express and Condor Vitesse - both state-of-the-art fast car ferries, The Commodore Clipper - an all-weather conventional ferry and the Condor 10 – a fast car ferry.

These fast car ferries operate between the Channel Islands, the UK and France, with space for 750 passengers and 185 cars.

How did you first become aware of Access Point?

I was contacted by a sales representative from Access Point, who offered me a promotion I couldn’t refuse!

What prompted you to first do business with Access Point?

The geographical areas covered fitted my business needs well, and meant that I could do targeted promotions with minimal wastage.

When and where was your first campaign/store appearance?

My first campaign was in Weymouth, advertising day trips to the Channel Islands on the back of the till receipts.

How easy was the booking process?

The booking process has always been very easy, a discussion over the phone followed up by an email and booking confirmation.

How many leads/how much profit was generated?

The campaign proved very successful and has generated incremental revenue by driving awareness for our day trip products. We have been very pleased with the ROI this campaign has generated, and will be repeating the activity next year.

What impact has your work with Access Point had on your business?

Each campaign has allowed us to increase product awareness in the local area, and drive extra sales through voucher redemption we have been able to monitor uptake on.
