A good business relationship which has proved profitable.

How did you first become aware of Access Point?

Internet.

What prompted you to first do business with Access Point?

The choice of venues, and wanted to book a particular supermarket that was exclusive to AP.

When and where was your first campaign/store appearance?

Somerfield, but too long ago to remember.

How easy was the booking process?

Very easy, in particular we mostly do short notice bookings and AP always find us a venue.

How many leads/how much profit was generated?

Approximately 55-65 per week depending on the venue.

Did you have any issues in-store, and if so, how effectively where they dealt with?

Don’t tend to have any issues but the few we have were dealt with effectively and swiftly, and were probably due to the short notice of the booking.

What level/number of bookings do you make now?

4-6 venues per week depending on staffing levels.

What impact has your work with Access Point had on your business?

Leads have doubled since doing in store events, and without AP the teams would not have these venues.

How important a part of your marketing strategy are the opportunities Access Point can offer?

Huge, if we don’t have the leads we have to rely on other sources which are generally cold.

How far ahead do you plan your bookings?

Very short notice.

Would you recommend these opportunities to a business acquaintance or friend?

Yes and have done.
