Application to Trade
Are you a new customer?
If this is your first time working with Access Point you will need to complete an Application to Trade.
An Application to Trade Form is required for all new customers and will provide us with all the information we need to process your application.

You will require the following:
- Copy of Public Liability Insurance
- (minimum cover £2 million)
- Company Letterhead
- Promotional Literature
- Bank and Trade references as detailed on the application form (if you have been trading for less than 12 months)
- Stand Picture
If your company is Limited, please ensure you include the company's registration number and registered address. If you are a non limited company a home address of the proprietor is required.
